PROVIDENCE – Susan Kelly, the chief appraiser and broker-owner of Fenix Real Estate & Appraisal Solutions in Lincoln, is the new president of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors.
She previously was the board’s treasurer and corporate secretary. A director since 2012, Kelly most recently was chairwoman of the board’s Finance Committee.

In addition, the following individuals were installed as officers: Thomas Sweeney, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal in Providence, is the president-elect; Peter M. Scotti, of Peter M. Scotti & Associates in Providence, is the treasurer and corporate secretary; and Stephanie Soscia, the chief appraiser and principal broker of Premier Homes Realty LLC in Cranston, is the immediate past president.
The following were installed as directors: Dan Awde, of Keystone Real Estate Group in Warwick; David Banigan, of Keller Williams Realty Leading in Providence; Tracy Barron, of Premier Homes Realty LLC in Cranston; and Michael Lefrancois of Regal Consulting Group in Lincoln.
