The intense competition for talent in the industry for highly skilled professionals, particularly in specialized roles in research support and administration. The competition is especially fierce for certain talent pools, especially in a market where talent shortages, shifting grant funding concerns and employee priorities are driving changes. Our team supports our departments and builds stronger talent pipelines through new initiatives that create innovative recruitment and retention strategies, strengthening Brown as an employer of choice and highlighting the mission-driven nature of the BioMed division and its unique benefits.
