How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? Throughout the pandemic … we have been proactive by monitoring individual well-being and overall team morale on a weekly basis. If an individual is struggling, the leadership team works together to connect with them personally and develop a plan to provide support.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our most recent event included a team-building activity run by an outside facilitator, paired with an office happy hour. Even through the pandemic, we held remote events, including virtual escape rooms, trivia nights, quarterly birthday celebrations, and we even shipped boxes out to employees for a virtual salsa tasting.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We’re a bold group of thinkers with different opinions [who] share, discuss and debate. It’s all part of our curious ways and diverse backgrounds.
