NEWPORT – Three properties in Newport have been purchased by a single buyer and will be reopened as bed-and-breakfast businesses. Two had already been operating as B&Bs under a common owner.

The properties are: 93 Pelham St., which was operated as the Adele Turner Inn; 63-65 Memorial Blvd., which was run as The Victorian Ladies; and 7 Annandale Road, which will be converted to a B&B, according to a spokeswoman for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the two sellers involved, and facilitated the sale for the buyer.
