WARWICK – Joseph Luca will serve as the 2018 president of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, a 5,200-member organization.
Luca, who is affiliated with RE/MAX Preferred in North Providence, has had a 12-year career in real estate. He is a graduate of Boston University and lives in Cumberland.
The other leadership positions announced by the association include: Dean deTonnancourt of HomeSmart Professionals Real Estate will be president-elect; Danielle Thompson of RE/MAX Professionals in East Greenwich will be vice president; Shannon Buss of Bayside Realty in Newport will serve as treasurer; and Leann D’Ettore of Homistic Real Estate Inc. in Cranston will be secretary.
