PROVIDENCE – A proposal for a new medical-marijuana cultivation center in Providence will receive a hearing on March 14 at the Providence Zoning Board of Review.

The location is in the Charles neighborhood of Providence at 67 Batcheller Ave. The applicant is Donovan Obair LLC and SEACAP Holdings RI I LLC.
