The sellers were represented by Paul Fleming with William Raveis Chapman Enstone. The buyers were represented by Melanie Delman, Lila Delman Real Estate president, and Keith Marvelle, sales associate.
“Recognizing location and value as primary attributes, these knowledgeable buyers chose this Indian Avenue waterfront property over others outside Rhode Island,” Delman said.
The property was last appraised at $3.5 million in 2017 under the ownership of the Steiner Donald GST Grantor Trust.
The transaction was the largest sale in Middletown year to date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.
