Lincoln Residence Inn Marriott | 632 George Washington Highway, Lincoln
Prior to building the new Residence Inn, the town of Lincoln only had one operating hotel. The new 80,000-square-foot, four-story building, which began construction in late 2018, includes 107 rooms and sits on 8.8 acres of land. The hotel offers studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom suites, which have separate living and sleeping areas. It also includes a business center, a market, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a barbecue area and a firepit. The hotel sits adjacent to the Lincoln Mall, off Route 116 near the Route 146 interchange. Owners of the property, Brandt Hospitality Group, collaborated with Icon Architecture, DiPrete Engineering Associates Inc., Mancini Carter PC and Pare Corp. to design and construct the hotel. It is scheduled to be completed this fall.
