PROVIDENCE –New Harbor Group LLC, a firm that specializes in media relations and public policy communications, has moved from offices in the Jewelry District to 400 Westminster Street.
The six-person firm occupies a 2,500-square-foot portion of the second floor in the Caesar Misch Building.

Founded in 2005 by David Preston, New Harbor Group has clients including Quonset Business Park, the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank and Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns.
Its previous offices were at One Davol Square.
Preston said the location downtown, the accessibility of parking and level of tenant services were among the factors that influenced his choice of the location.
The firm completed the move in early July.
