Oceanfront home sells for $2.5M in Narragansett

NARRAGANSETT – An oceanfront home with three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,100 square feet of interior living space sold in mid-December for $2.5 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International, which had the listing.

The property at 78 Calef Ave. was under contract in less than 30 days, according to Ruth Bellino, manager of the Lila Delman Narragansett office. It sold on Dec. 11.

The house includes 150 feet of direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and is located in the Point Judith area, not far from the Point Judith Light.
