NARRAGANSETT – A newly constructed house in the Sand Hill Cove neighborhood of Narragansett sold Wednesday for $2.7 million, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International, which was both the listing and selling company.

The figure represents the third-highest sale in Narragansett this year, according to the real estate agency.

The house, at 75 Stanton Ave., is built in the Victorian architectural style and sits on 1.3 acres with views of Point Judith Refuge and Block Island. It has 3,464 square feet of living space over two levels, four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a cabana and a private gated entry.

Melanie Delman, president of Lila Delman Real Estate International, represented the seller. Ruth Bellino, a sales associate and manager of corporate headquarters for Lila Delman Real Estate, represented the buyer.
