PORTSMOUTH – Bay View Estates has sold for $20.4 million to Schochet Cos., CBRE said on Monday.
Seller Bay View Apartments is a partnership of Massachusetts company Chestnut Hill Realty and Lisco Development, headquartered in Providence. CBRE represented the seller and procured the buyer.
