How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? From potluck events in the office and food trucks to connecting for special events such as we had at the Bonnet Shores Beach Club in 2022, we make it a point to have fun together and bond as a team. We consistently take the opportunity to recognize a job well done with our monthly Shining Star for operations and Mortgage Advisor of the Year and other specialty awards for our sales professionals.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Part of our mission will always be to give back to communities, working with and donating to a variety of nonprofits on a yearly basis, which also includes our own charitable events. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we aligned with Be the Change/Project Hand Up, getting food into the hands of struggling families. Over the last two holiday seasons, we have worked with Elves for Elders purchasing gifts for seniors across Rhode Island and Massachusetts in nursing home facilities who are alone.
