R.I. Council on Postsecondary Education approves tuition increases at URI, RIC

PROVIDENCE – The R.I. Council on Postsecondary Education voted to raise tuition at the University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College this fall, WJAR-TV NBC 10 reported March 26.
