R.I. Department of Corrections director settles alleged ethics violation

PROVIDENCE – R.I.’s Department of Corrections director has agreed to pay $200 to settle alleged ethics violations for failing to disclose out-of-state travel that was paid by third parties, WPRI-TV CBS 12 reported Tuesday.  Wayne Salisbury Jr. agreed to the payment after the R.I.
