R.I. DHS supervisor, daughter facing federal charges in alleged SNAP fraud

A RHODE Island Department of Human Services supervisor and her daughter are facing federal charges for allegedly defrauding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, U.S. Attorney Zachary Cunha announced Tuesday.
