PROVIDENCE – The average weekly price of self-serve, regular unleaded gasoline in Rhode Island dropped 12 cents to $4.18 per gallon, AAA Northeast said Monday.  That price is 2 cents higher than the national average but $1.21 more than it was in Rhode Island a year ago.  Gas prices across the nation have dropped daily by a penny
