WARWICK – The median sale price of single-family homes in Rhode Island continued to climb in October, rising 4.1% from a year earlier to $505,000, the Rhode Island Association of Realtors said Thursday. Sales in October fell 6.6% year over year to 635, while pending contracts dropped 11.4% from a year ago, the agency said.
