R.I. posts fourth largest unemployment rate decrease in March

PROVIDENCE - Rhode Island recorded the fourth-largest year-over-year decrease in its unemployment rate among the 50 states in March, dropping 1.1 percentage points to 4.3 percent, the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics said Friday.
