Report: Mural project of slain Ukrainian refugee moves to Federal Hill eatery

PROVIDENCE – A mural project on a nightclub that began as a memorial for a slain Ukrainian refugee, which drew controversy, has found a new home.  Francois Karam, owner of Opa The Phoenician, has offered local artist Ian Gaudreau a wall on his business on Atwells Avenue to create the piece, WPRI-TV CBS 12 reported
