PROVIDENCE – A city Department of Public Works employee is facing charges for allegedly stealing coins from parking meters, WPRI-TV CBS 12 reported on Monday.  Kristopher Stetson, 45, has been charged with three counts each of three counts each of embezzlement, larceny and driving without the consent of the owner, according to the report.  Stetson was identified when detectives witnessed him removing coins from
