PROVIDENCE – A condominium at 1 West Exchange St. sold for $1.9 million, Mott & Chance Sotheby’s International Realty announced Thursday.

The 2,826-square-foot, three-bedroom condo at The Residences in Downtown Providence features panoramic views of the city, two bathrooms and two separate terraces.

The building was last sold to Ann Kennon Breslauer, according to property records, for $1.7 million in 2011. The condo was last evaluated at $2.1 million in 2018.

The sellers of the condominium were represented by Liz Andrews, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Pamela Hogan of TPG Brokerage LLC.
