Revival Brewing to host free coding class

CRANSTON – General Assembly will offer Code in the Brewery, a free interactive computer coding class, at Revival Brewing Co. on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. The class will be taught by Danny Kirschner, a lead instructor with General Assembly.

The class is first-come, first served, and space is limited.

The hands-on coding session will cover basics of HTML and CSS. It’s suitable for those who are new to technology, have some familiarity with coding or who are interested in the role of coding in technology.

General Assembly, a technology training organization, asks participants to bring their fully charged laptops and a picture ID. There will be a cash bar, with food available at a restaurant upstairs.
