EAST PROVIDENCE – Rubber product supplier RNB-Richardson Inc. – also known as RNB Supply Inc. – has been acquired by East Longmeadow, Mass.-based McGill Hose & Coupling Inc., McGill representatives announced Tuesday.
The deal, effective September 1, will allow McGill to more effectively service the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts markets.

“The combination of RNB’s talent, extensive selections of industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings, with the added capabilities and services of McGill Hose, will provide customers with the most complete and local source for products and services for safe fluid handling,” said the McGill release announcing the acquisition.
All former-RNB employees working at the 199 Anthony St. location will stay on to work for McGill Hose & Coupling.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
