Should Rhode Island sweeten the deal to build a new stadium in Pawtucket if the PawSox say they will move to Worcester?

NICK CAFARDO, a sports reporter for the Boston Globe, told radio personality Tara Granahan that his sources have said that the Worcester, Mass., stadium deal is gaining momentum with the PawSox and Minor League Baseball over the deal that was approved by the General Assembly and signed into law by Gov. A Boston Globe sportswriter has said that Worcester seems to be gaining momentum in its efforts to lure the Pawtucket Red Sox across the border, citing sources with both the team and the International League, which view the amount of money that the team is obligated to contribute to the construction of the public facility as perhaps too much to absorb.

If the team tells Pawtucket and the state that it has a better deal in Worcester, should the state renegotiate a new deal to keep the team in Rhode Island?
