Southwest Airlines continued to dominate the market, transporting 53.6 percent T.F. Green travelers. U.S. Airways came in second at 23.9 percent. Delta came in third at 10.6 percent. United Airlines carved out a 7.4 percent share and Continental, 3.9 percent.
Charters edged out Air Canada for 0.3 percent of the passenger traffic. The Canadian airline had 0.2 percent, or 481 passengers, in February.
For the year to date, passenger traffic decline 4.89 percent to 503,484 form 529,397 as seen in the first two months of 2010.
