What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold various fun events for our staff. Among them are holiday parties, safety slogan contests and employee appreciation days recognizing them for their efforts.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We consider ourselves progressive, open-minded, and environmentally and socially conscientious.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer generous health benefits to our staff. We have an on-site gym at our facility and we recently established a wellness health awards program.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We have allowed for paid workday participation in community service activities. We also have offered financial support, including grants, to community programs.
