How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have allowed maximum flexibility, with 90% of staff permitted to work remotely or in the office. We created Providence Days, which are one day per month in which everyone comes in for meetings and often a small social event, and Department Days, which are one additional day per month in which an entire department comes in to allow for in-person meetings and collaboration.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? A few times per year we close the office a bit early to have an outdoor social event where everyone can relax, mingle and catch up with each other.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We encourage our employees to become involved in their communities, lending their voluntary support to programs that enrich the quality of life and opportunities for all citizens. We provide eligible employees one standard working day of paid time off per year to donate their time.
