What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We hold town hall meetings to review and advise employees on the health and wellness plans available; raised the company percentage of cost sharing for health and wellness benefits; and offer access to an employee assistance program for employees and any member of the household.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Promotion from within is a preferred policy. We have programs to support the pursuit of industry accreditations, as well as programs that support the acquisition of higher-level degrees and/or specialized training that are in the mutual interest of the employee and company.
