
NORTH KINGSTOWN – Toray Plastics (America) Inc. completed a $40 million expansion at its PEF Division in Front Royal, Va., the company announced Wednesday.
The company launched a new extrusion line, a new irradiation unit and a new slat bath unit at the facility at a ribbon-cutting May 22.

Toray expects the expansion to create 30 jobs. The PEF Division is an automotive supplier of blended polypropylene-polyethylene foam. Its products have application in automotive interior trim and industrial markets.
