Twin River Worldwide Holdings acquires Bally’s brand

LINCOLN – Twin River Worldwide Holdings Inc. announced Oct. 13 that it has purchased the Bally’s brand, previously owned by Caesars Entertainment Inc. The Lincoln-based casino and hotel operator also agreed to purchase from Caesars the Atlantic City Bally’s property in New Jersey, but as part of the deal will provide Caesars a perpetual license
