“Ocean House condominium living continues to be a resort-like, carefree way to own in Watch Hill without all of the upkeep of a house,” said Donna Simmons, a sales associate at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s, in a statement. Simmons represented the buyers of the property, while Josephine Navin of Coldwell Banker represented the sellers.
Simmons represented the top three condominium sales in the state since 2015, all of which are in Ocean House.
