Waterfront home in Narragansett sold for $5.5M, highest price for town in three years

NARRAGANSETT A custom home on a double lot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean has sold for $5.5 million. It is the highest price for Narragansett in three years, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, which represented the buyer.

The seller was represented by Broadway Real Estate Group.

The house, at 200 Sand Hill Cove Road, has south-facing views of Block Island and the Port of Galilee. The property includes 200 feet of beach frontage, with a private boardwalk and stairs to the beach and dunes covered with seagrass.

The house has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It covers about 3,800 square feet. Originally built in 1921, the home has had extensive remodeling and features an open concept layout.

The property was sold on April 30 by Aziz and Nurgul Hamzaogullari, according to online real estate records. The new owner is PGSG LLC. The registered trustee is Scott Gaudreau, of Cranston, according to the deed.
