LITTLE COMPTON – The property at 581 West Main Road was sold for $1.2 million, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Friday.

The home, built in 1886, features the integration of a circa 1812 windmill and has not been sold in its 133-year history, Mott & Chace said.

The 2,939-square-foot home, known as Windmill House, has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two half-baths.

The property is 1.18 acres and offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. It was last assessed at $1.2 million.

The seller was Alden W. Mauck et al., according to property records. The buyer was not immediately identifiable.
