PROVIDENCE – Three physicians from Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island and the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University have been inducted as fellows of the American Gynecological & Obstetrical Society.
The new fellows are: Dr. Ruben J. Alvero, director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility; Dr. Paul A. DiSilvestro, director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology; and Dr. Vivian Sung, of the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.

All three are members of Care New England Medical Group. Fellowship in AGOS is by invitation only and is reserved for individuals who are nationally and internationally recognized as leaders in their field.
