The home sits on 0.62 acres near the ocean and features a large front porch. The 2,046 square-foot home has five bedrooms, two and one half baths and a modern-style kitchen, according to public documents.
The building’s sellers were represented by Lorraine Randall and Susan Demovick of Randall Realtors.
Desa D. Buffum of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s Real Estate International represented the buyers in the transaction.
