2 Mass. residents charged for fraudulently withdrawing $1.2M from Citizens Bank

BOSTON – Two Massachusetts residents have been charged for fraudulently withdrawing more than a total of $1.2 million from seven Citizens Bank branches in Massachusetts, U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Leah B.
