PROVIDENCE – CVS Health and Ocean State Job Lot have been recognized among Mogul’s Top 1000 Companies Worldwide for Millennial Women in 2018, according to Regan Communications Monday.
Ocean State Job Lot fields 5,000 employees, 26 percent of whom are millennial women.
Sensata Technologies, a North Attleboro-headquartered industrial technology company, was also included in Mogul’s Top 1000 list.
In building its rankings, Mogul evaluated workplaces worldwide based upon women’s initiatives, women in leadership, workplace policies and culture, and diversity and inclusion.
Companies that earned recognition offered paid leave, flexible schedules, mentoring programs and sexual assault policies for its female employers.
