PROVIDENCE – The property at 870 Westminster St. is advertised for sale for $3.25 million by Chicago-based Inland American CFG Portfolio LLC, according to an MG Commercial Real Estate listing. The 52,000-square-foot, two-story property currently houses a Citizens Bank branch.
The listing is being offered for $1.84 million less than what Inland American CFG bought the building for in 2007, and $266,400 less than a 2016 Vision Government Solutions Inc. appraisal of the 2.57-acre property.
According to the Providence Journal, the building is built on top of the former site of the Hoyle Hotel, for which Hoyle Square is named.
The property also includes a 200-capacity parking lot.
