Where do you see yourself professionally in 10 years? I see my career like one of the projects we design. There is a kickoff, a rewarding design, a construction process full of challenges and obstacles, and a grand opening of the completed work. I’ll still be in development and enjoying what I love to do, but hope to someday stand back and celebrate the final product.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? Stay focused on what makes you happy and don’t let others blur your vision.
