The site is at 340 Woodward Road, between Woodward and Douglas Avenue, with an access to the new park proposed off Veazie Street, according to documents filed with the city.
The plan includes three industrial buildings and one office building over the four lots, in addition to site improvements, landscaping and parking.
The industrial buildings, which would be built on spec, are proposed at 100,000 square feet, 70,000 square feet and 20,000 square feet, according to the master plan proposal submitted to the Providence City Plan Commission.
Another building, of 20,000 square feet, would feature office space.
The property is located near an existing commercial area in the Wanskuck neighborhood of Providence.
The development company is seeking a rezoning of two parcels, from residential to mixed-use, to add to two additional lots that are already zoned for mixed-use development.
One of the lots is already owned by a limited liability company affiliated with Churchill & Banks. Two more are owned by Anthony Angeli, of Providence. A fourth is owned by the Providence Redevelopment Agency, according to the master plan document.
A hearing at the City Plan Commission has been scheduled for June 19.
