NEWPORT – Newport Hospital is looking for innovative ways to improve the physical activity and health of kids in Newport County.
With the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services suggesting youths ages six to 17 participate in a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise a day, the hospital, through its Frederick Henry Prince Memorial Fund, is asking for submissions of new ideas to get children active and to promote lifelong healthy living habits.
