What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have in-office shuffleboard and foosball tables. We hired Let’sRoam.com to host online team-building trivia games. We also had delicious potluck lunches.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We are flexible when our employees need personal wellness time. We also provided personal protective equipment and home COVID-19 tests.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We give opportunities for growth at Secure Future Tech by hiring at the intern level and promoting from within. This has given several of our employees an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
