How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? We’ve focused on morale, engagement and the employee experience by adapting many policies and procedures in creative ways to offer more flexibility and fun at work.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We fondly offer our companywide annual Maintenance Appreciation Week, summer barbecue and exquisite country club holiday party as our cornerstone events. We also regularly thank our teams in smaller groups with appreciation outings such as day trips to Block Island, team dinners, networking events and milestone celebrations.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Health education and lifestyle initiatives, preventive care, financial and social wellness, and morale are key components of our wellness program.
