How do you support community service work by your employees? We support numerous local nonprofit organizations through both information technology services and sponsoring local partner events. Our team volunteers extensively and donates IT equipment whenever possible. Our CEO, Rick Norberg, is also on various boards such as the Narragansett Council of Boy Scouts of America and on the advisory board for Junior Achievement of Rhode Island.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Our promote-from-within philosophy has had a great impact on retention and is our preference. A large majority of our experienced technical staff began their careers as Level 1 technicians at our service desk. Many of our client success team members started in junior positions and grew into more-senior roles.
