How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We changed our vacation policy and made an across-the-board pay increase of 5% for employees.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Among the activities we hold are bowling, cookouts, potluck lunches, and lunch with managers and owners. We also attend various trade shows.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Invigorating, friendly and fun, but also demanding.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We are generous with sick-leave and supportive of family.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We support The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and often have employees who take part in fundraisers for them.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We prefer to promote from inside to offer opportunity (and we already know the candidate) but sometimes need to hire from outside.
