PROVIDENCE – Italy-based Lottomatica Group S.p.A. said on April 19 that GTECH, its Providence-based subsidiary, extended its contract with the Slovak Republic’s government-owned lottery TIPOS a.s.
The deal, which runs through Dec. 31, 2018, is seen generating 70 million euros in revenue for GTECH.

GTECH will provide new lottery technology, ongoing lottery-related services and marketing consultancy and support, including: game portfolio development, marketing programs to drive same stores sales growth, data analytics and market research support and retailer network development programs.
