LINCOLN – Galal P. Doss has resigned from A.T. Cross Company’s board of directors for personal reasons, the company announced on Tuesday.
In a letter of resignation, Doss said his decision, effective Sept. 13, was personal and he had no disagreements with the company.

Doss earned $43,992 in director compensation from A.T. Cross Company in 2009, according to Forbes.com .
