Ken Farrelly has joined the South County office of Residential Properties Ltd. as a Broker associate. He specializes in Rhode Island’s coastal community that includes real estate sales for residential, luxury, waterfront, land and condominium properties. He previously worked for Lila Delman Real Estate. Prior to that, he worked in construction and commercial land development management. He received a B.A. in special education from Rhode Island College.
