  1. I love the way Ms Donnelly frames the mission of her group as being for the welfare of everyone when its goals are anti-community and totally selfish. Providence and its need for a central and multi modal transportation center existed long before the existence of both the Avalon or Waterplace residential buildings. People locating there should have known that they were moving into a dynamic change area of the city. If they wanted peace and quiet they should have purchased property adjacent to a burial ground. no the filter is determining what is best for the City and the population and what works most effective in reducing car commuting and unclogging the downtown streets plus other objectives that are truly community based as opposed to the selfish concerns of the residents of a few residential buildings.
